Viks Casino Bonus and Promotions
Despite the sleek design, Viks Casino lets itself down slightly with its promos – it’s not the largest collection we’ve ever seen. In fact, there are just three, starting with what appears to be a stand-out welcome offer. Hailed as a £1000 casino welcome offer worthy of a king, the deal is set out over a new registrant’s first deposit and makes use of a bonus code. For players from the UK that’s a whopping:
- 100% bonus up to £1000 (Bonus Code: W1000UK)
- The initial deposit must be £25 or more and full terms and conditions apply. Find them here.
- If you are not from the UK, fear not. Players from Europe are also eligible for this grand new bonus. Just use the following bonus codes:
- Sweden: W1000S
- Germany: W1000DE
- Rest of Europe: W1000E
The second promotion challenges players to stake the most money on Gonzo’s Quest, Dazzle Me and Aloha. One point is awarded for every £10 staked with the top 10 spenders receiving bonus money. It was heartening to learn that only 10x wagering rules apply to this particular offer – unusual for any casino, let alone a White Label. Finally, there’s the weekend bonus which runs from Friday to Sunday and includes the following ‘perks’.
Friday Fun: Deposit £25 and receive 35 free spins
Crazy Saturdays: Deposit £20 or more for 100% bonus up to £100
Chill Sundays: 10% cashback bonus up to £50*
The ‘Friday Fun’ offer is subject to 35x wagering rules as is ‘Chill Sundays’. In the wider scheme of things, such play-through rules are commonplace in the casino industry. But it’s when they apply to both deposits and bonuses, that play can become rather expensive for those with low-to-mid range budgets.

Viks Casino Games
There are five horizontal rows of small thumbnails arranged into video slots, jackpots, classics, video poker and table games. ‘View all’ buttons lead to each category’s dedicated page, which is where the more traditional lobby format takes over. Games can be tried for free and are played in a separate Flash window which includes information about the latest winners and promotions. Of some concern was the noticeable delay in the loading of thumbnails. This occurred in Firefox and Internet Explorer although there were no problems in Chrome. The games themselves, which number well over 900, loaded up without incident.
Viks Casino Video Slots
The extensive range of casino slots is broken down into classics, jackpots and standard games. Most big-name titles are available for play including Divine Quest, Gonzo’s Quest, Thunderstruck II and Cosmic Fortune. Helpfully, games can be sorted according to the provider, by way of a drop-down menu – the usual search function is also present as well.
Live Dealer Games
Viks Casino’s live dealer section is fairly comprehensive and includes baccarat, roulette and poker. Exclusively powered by Evolution Gaming, multiple tables are provided with all games streamed in HD. This of course means that the live games can be played across multiple devices due to Evolution’s pre-occupation with responsivity.
Viks Casino App and Mobile
The Viks Casino website renders perfectly well across multiple screen resolution. To support its mobile and tablet offering, there’s also a downloadable app for iOS and Android systems. In all honesty, the mobile version is rather amateurish in places, especially in the game lobby where the game thumbnails aren’t centred – this is the case in both portrait and landscape mode. Nevertheless, the site operates well and strongly resembles the main, desktop website.
Viks Casino doesn’t offer any sort of VIP package which is often the case with cash-strapped White Label operations. As much as we’d like to wildly speculate, it’s not clear whether budgetary constraints are the reason why Viks doesn’t have a VIP scheme in place. So we won’t.
Disgruntled and/or befuddled gamers have various channels of communications open to them. There’s live chat, two telephone numbers and an email form, should the comprehensive FAQ section not provide answers to their questions. And like good little Vikings, the support staff also put in a few good hours with their customer service hours running from 9:00am to 10:00pm. Not 24/7 admittedly, but still a pretty good shift.
Viks Casino Review Summary
While we’re still trying to work out what in the name of Odin, Vikings have got to do with casinos (are the owners based in Scandinavia?), it’s fair to say that Vik Casino has plenty going for it. Its range of games should keep even the most rabid profligates occupied for the better part of their gambling lives. Customer service is fine as is the live section which is powered by acclaimed developers Evolution Gaming. The problems lie in the omission of a VIP program and a lack of variety with the promotions. Nevertheless, despite being a White Label site, Viks Casino looks and feels (for the most part) like one of the major online casinos.
