Released tomorrow, 24th May, Vikings Go to Hell takes one of Yggdrasil’s most popular franchises and ramps it all the way up to 11. To celebrate, Rizk Casino is offering three days of Viking slot races, culminating in an exclusive Vikings Go to Hell showdown on 25th May.

Yggdrasil’s “Vikings Go” series has proved to be one of their most popular – drawing on the zeitgeist phenomenon of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and specifically the Thor franchise. The first slot, Vikings Go Wild, was released in Summer 2015, and its successor, Vikings Go Berzerk, was released the following year.
As you can see in this progression of screenshots, the graphics and the slot features have come a long way. This is also evident in the progression of the slots’ titles. The Vikings have only gotten more powerful… and more angry.
Players have had to wait a little longer for Vikings Go to Hell, breaking the one per year release schedule of the first two. But judging by the trailer, as well as what we have seen from the gameplay, it has definitely been worth the wait
In this latest instalment, many features have been updated to bring it in line with what gamers expect in 2018, including the following:
Combat for sticky wilds also happen within the main game, rather than just in bonus rounds. Treasure Chests occur more often. There will be two free spins levels with incredible multipliers.
As with its predecessor, Vikings Go Berzerk, there will be 25 pay lines and an RTP of 96.1%. According to Yggdrasil’s own variance/volatility rating has gone up from 49 up to 89 on Vikings Go to Hell. This means that although the game may pay out less often, the pay outs could be much bigger when they do happen!
The slot will be mobile optimised; on desktop it will be available on Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer. On mobile, it will be available on iOS and Android platforms.
