Mr Smith Casino Review UK

Updated by Betty Cherotich

Mr Smith Casino is owned by Betsson which also operates Casino Euro and Euro Casino. Originally known as Harry casino, it underwent extensive rebranding in 2014 and now targets a British audience. Mr Smith offers over 400 casino slots from a variety of developers such as Net Entertainment, WMS and Microgaming.
The website makes use of an RAF roundel and includes a simple text logo in black and red. Unsurprisingly, a bull-dog, which looks a tad vacant, is also used as a mascot. The site layout fronts a green felt-like background that’s framed by a grainy beige horizontal menu and footer. The game thumbnails, which are organised into the usual categories, utilise lazy load to help with page-load speed and display as you scroll down. An A to Z section is also provided, with text links to every game. As far as design goes then, the Mr Smith Casino website looks polished and provides the gamer an intuitive interface.

Mr Smith Casino Slots

The range of casino slots available on the Mr Smith website, is enough to rival most online casinos – there are hundreds to choose from. Gonzo’s Quest, Book of Dead, Rainbow Riches and Steam Tower are just some of the slots found in the game lobby. At the time of writing, there were also 45 jackpot games such as the outrageously popular Mega Fortune, not to mention the rather forgettable, Oily Business. As is the case with most online casinos, the games incorporate famous characters like Robin Hood and Bruce Lee, while many are also based on popular TV series such as Family Guy and Game of Thrones.

Mr Smith Casino Games

The games all feature demo play, enabling players to get a better feel for each one before committing any of their gambling funds. They open up in a Flash window which fills most of the screen but also allows for easy navigation by way of the left menu panel. A collection of featured games can also be found beneath the game window. Each game thumbnail is decorated with a little mobile symbol indicating that it can be played on smaller devices

Live Dealer Games

Mr Smith Casino also boasts an impressive 32 live casino games including multiple versions of baccarat, roulette and blackjack. All live dealer games are filmed using HD cameras which allows for a far more realistic experience. It seems that HD is fast-becoming a regular feature for online casinos.

Mr Smith Casino App and Mobile

The Mr Smith mobile casino app is available on mobile and tablet devices and offers a robust platform for those of you desperate to gamble ‘on the go’. Although the app doesn’t feature quite as many games as the main website, there are still plenty of opportunities for you to be relieved of your hard-earned cash with big-name titles like Aliens, Football Star and the Wishmaster all waiting for your input. The navigation makes for easy game access and withdrawals/deposits are, for the most part, hassle-free thanks to an intuitive design.

VIP Scheme

Although there’s no discernible VIP package to speak of, when we visited, Mr Smith was peddling a VIP Italian holiday. One raffle ticket is awarded per £10 deposited and for every £20 played on any casino game. This of course means that if you deposit £100 and play £2,000 you’ll be awarded with 110 tickets. A good deal granted, but what about the VIP treatment?

Customer Support

Mr Smith Casino furnishes its customers with multiple channels of communication. So visitors can expect to see live chat as well as email and telephone support. Refreshingly, they’re also transparent about their rapid response times:

An FAQ section with some pretty obvious Q and A’s, is also available for the more confused gamblers out there as well as a help search function.

Mr Smith Casino Review Summary

As one of the leading online casinos, Mr Smith features a professionally-designed website that’s tailor-made for simple, no-frills gaming. It’s mobile and tablet apps serve as effective extensions of the main website despite the omission of a few big-name video slot games. The welcome package is fine as are the daily bonuses which provide regular incentives to its loyal players. Although we were somewhat befuddled by their VIP package or lack thereof, Mr Smith Casino has plenty still going for it including a comprehensive support section and an excellent live game suite.
